Where can I see a Burnett building in person?
At any of our 27 dealer lots in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and Texas. Every lot is listed on this page with its address, phone number, hours and directions. Stock changes constantly, so call the lot before you drive over.
Do you have lots outside Oklahoma and Arkansas?
Yes. Along with our lots across Oklahoma and Arkansas, we have lots in Joplin, Missouri and Whitesboro, Texas. Each serves customers within about 50 miles.
How far do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery is free for one trip up to 50 miles one way. Past that, buildings 8 to 12 feet wide are $6.00 per mile and buildings 14 to 16 feet wide are $9.00 per mile. Setup and leveling on wood or cement blocks is included.
What if the lot doesn't have the size or style I want?
We build twenty-seven standard sizes, from an 8x12 shed to a 16x60 lofted barn, and we will build other sizes to your dimensions. Call the lot or our office at (918) 427-6005 to order the building you want.
Can I rent to own a building from a dealer lot?
Yes. Rent-to-own is available on every style we build, with no credit check and one payment down. You can also buy outright or finance.
When are the lots open?
Each lot sets its own hours, which are listed on its card. Some lots are open by appointment only, so call ahead before you visit.
