1️⃣ Order Processing
Once your order is finalized:

Paperwork is completed
Financing or Rent-to-Own is confirmed (if applicable)
On-lot buildings are processed for delivery
OR
Custom builds enter production
If you ordered a new build, your building will be constructed based on the size, colors, and add-ons you selected.

2️⃣ Delivery Scheduling
When your building is ready:

📞 Dispatch will call you 48–72 hours prior to delivery.

This call happens once:

Your on-lot building is processed
OR
Your custom build is completed
You’ll confirm:

Delivery address
Placement location
Property access
Our drivers run tight schedules, so preparation ahead of time is very important.

3️⃣ Property & Access Requirements
Before delivery day, your property must be completely accessible.

✔️ Clear all debris
✔️ Remove low-hanging tree limbs
✔️ Ensure no overhead wires block access
✔️ Remove fences if necessary
✔️ Fully open gates

⚠️ Gate Requirement:
All gates must be 2 feet wider than the building.

Example:
12’ wide building = 14’ gate opening required.

Drivers are not able to:

Cut limbs
Move obstacles
Remove fencing
Clear debris
If the site is not accessible, delivery may need to be rescheduled.

4️⃣ Blocks Are Required for Delivery
Customers are responsible for having blocks on-site before delivery.

Your dealer should have informed you how many blocks are required based on your building size.

Why blocks matter:

They help level your building
They provide proper support
They protect your structure long-term
⚠️ The driver does not supply blocks.
If blocks are not on-site at delivery time, installation may be delayed.

If you’re unsure how many blocks you need, contact your dealer immediately so you’re fully prepared before delivery day.

5️⃣ Delivery Day
On delivery day:

The driver evaluates the site
The building is carefully maneuvered into place
The structure is leveled using your blocks
Final adjustments are made
Our specialized equipment allows for precise placement when the site is properly prepared.
